In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and global consumer protection standards, AITrendr provides this full disclosure regarding commercial relationships, affiliate links, and referral commissions.
1. FTC Compliance Statement
AITrendr operates as an independent resource supported in part through affiliate partnerships. When visitors click certain links on our platform and subsequently sign up for or purchase a paid plan from an AI vendor, AITrendr may earn a referral commission.
π‘ Key Principles for Our Readers
- Zero Extra Cost: Affiliate commissions do not increase the price you pay. In many cases, our exclusive partnerships provide special discount codes.
- No Bias in Ratings: Affiliate compensation never influences our editor scores, tool placement, or pros/cons evaluation.
- Equal Directory Coverage: Non-affiliate tools are cataloged, reviewed, and ranked using the exact same technical standards as affiliate partners.
2. How Affiliate Links Function
When you click on a referral link for an AI tool (such as a “Visit Website” or “Try Free” button):
- Your browser passes a standard tracking cookie or parameters to identify AITrendr as the referring site.
- If you complete a qualifying purchase or registration, the software vendor pays AITrendr a small percentage or flat referral fee.
- This revenue allows us to maintain server infrastructure, conduct expensive API latency benchmarks, and compensate our technical editorial team.
3. Complete Editorial Independence
Our readersβ trust is our most valuable asset. We explicitly guarantee:
| Commercial Factor | AITrendr Guarantee |
|---|---|
| Tool Ratings & Reviews | Determined strictly by hands-on testing, feature completeness, and technical benchmark performance. |
| Comparison Rankings | Calculated via standardized scoring algorithms without commercial weighting. |
| Negative Feedback & Pitfalls | Identified shortcomings, high latency, or poor pricing tiers are published regardless of affiliate status. |
4. Identifying Affiliate Links
Affiliate links appear across directory cards, review pages, and comparison tables. Outbound links to external AI software products may be routed through our secure redirection server (e.g., /go/tool-name) for click analytics and affiliate tracking.
5. Questions & Contact
